Momof5-
Are you new to this site? it is the BEST. I have gotten sooo much information from it!!

Everyone:

I keep hearing from many ppl lately that scores are low this time, but not sure if that is true. everyone heard it from someone...you know how it goes. anyway, seems like everyone on here has pretty good Teas scores, but most of my friends have low 80's on their teas.

what have you all heard ? do the ppl you know in your classes etc have good Teas scores (and all A's)????

I sit in the 3rd row, the first seat. I really like Dr O. That class is interesting.

We will have to find a way to id each other in class. Could we send a private email? I find the micro very interesting too! To answer your earlier post, several of my friends who are applying for this fall have all A's and have scored in the mid to upper 80's ( a few with 90's) on their TEAS.

Well, took my last TEAS today. Got 88.8. Had an 88.2 last time, so didn't bring it up much. Turned in my application and now I'm DONE, nothing left to do but wait! I guess that gives me 211.8/223 total, assuming I can keep my A in 102. Anyone know if they round TEAS scores up? Oh, the waiting........

I know that Indy rounds the number up. So you'll have an 89 in Indy. The nursing secretary told me that. Columbus said they do NOT round up. 88.9 is pretty darn close to 90 so I would consider yourself as having a 90!!

Good Job!!! You got a great score!! Be glad you took it at Lawrence today b/c...

My friend just took the Teas in bloomington today and the server went down right in the middle of doing Math!!!! She lost almost 15 mins while the servers were down and when they came up she didn't get her time back on the test! The timer had counted those 15 mins while the system was down. She had to skip through and answer the last one as fast as she could. She tried talking to ppl about it but she is likely not going to be able to retake it.

Thanks, Brea. The server went down at Indy, too. I had already finished but my friend told me about it. That's good to know that Indy rounds up. Wonder how many people are applying, it seems like everyone in existence! There was a line outside the nursing office to turn in applications and a waiting list of at least 30 people waiting to take the TEAS when I finished. I got there at 10:15 and they were already full. Craziness. I only applied to ASN at Lawrence and nothing else, so I hope I did good enough to get in.
