Job climate of Indianapolis

I'm considering moving from Wisconsin to my home town of Indy, in part bacause of hiring freezes in my current town. What's the climate like in the Indianapolis nursing job circles? I'm wanting something outside of hospitals and LTC such as a clinics, podiatry, sports rehab, restorative care etc. Also, are there any good recruiters/web sites I should consider. Are the clinics usually associated with hospitals in which case hiring is handled through the hospital HR? (Almost all clinics here go through the hospitals)
