I have used Davis' Drug Guide in my Palm TX for a few years now but one thing bothers me, if I am given a drug name, say Tegretol, it will tell me the name Carbamazepine. However, if I am looking for possible drug names and only know the drug by its name Carbamazepine it will not tell me that it is marketed under Tegretol. I hope I put that clearly enough.

So my question is this: are there any PDA based drug refrence guides which will tell me the marketed name of a drug given its formula name I can purchase? Thanks in advance.

P.S. They also (of course) must have all the other nice nursing goodies such as dosage, implementation, half life, etc. as well.

  6. Yep, Davis lists the trade name(s) under "Ub" on the right side menu.
