Digoxin Question

I wanted to make sure this was the correct answer, the order reads hold medication if apical is <60. If the pt's pulse happens to be 60 I give the medication correct?

I don't me to sound like a smart***, but sixty is not less than sixty. However, I would wait a few minutes and check the apical again. Is this a new med or home dose for this pt?

New to this forum and maybe I posted this is the wrong area. This is not pt related, it was a test question and I answered not to hold and it was wrong. I just didn't understand why.

If the HR was 60 and the order read to hold for <60 (not less than or equal too), then it should not get held. I would monitor them more closely, but, you would still give the dig.
