Register Today!- by brandy1017 Jul 30, '11Just wondering if anyone has done the RN-BSN thru Western Governors University? If so, how was it, would you recommend it? Were you able to go on for MSN NP after?

- Jul 30, '11 by kloneYou should go to the "Distance Learning" forum - there are many threads about WGU with some great info.
I'm currently in their program and am enjoying it. A few RNs here were able to finish the program in less than 6 months. I'm giving myself a year.
The only complaint I have is that they don't give letter grades - it's all pass/fail, and that translates to a GPA of 3.0, which may not be competitive enough for some graduate programs. -
- Aug 1, '11 by ShinyDesertWOW.... 6 months?! That sounds amazing for RN to BSN? I was thinking about enrolling with WGU... I was nervous because I thought "It sounds too good to be true" but reading about other RNs obtaining their BSN through them really makes me feel comfortable about it
Thanks
