Hi Everyone,

Can you take the capstone class with another class or must it be taken by itself.

It must be taken by itself.

Does anyone know how much ProctorU is per test through ULL?

What is ProctorU?

Specializes in OR.

I haven't seen a requirement for ProctorU via ULL's site. Through my other school, which I'm doing at the same time in order to knock out some pre-reqs, it's $7.50 per test.

I'm in 353 and 354 right now. I think they should rename 354 to "How to write using APA style" I don't know that my content is getting graded nearly as much as "You should not capitalize this in references" or "Do not include degree titles" (even though it's a direct c/p from a citation machine using APA 6th) or "make sure your link isn't through a site requiring login" etc etc. My last school went way easy on us re: APA and now I regret it. However, I like what I see of the program and am glad I chose this one.

I've taken biology and now I'm taking English lit at ULL. It's 15 weeks of class work condensed into 7 weeks. It's a lot of information crammed into 7 weeks. This is not what I signed up for. ULL does not tell you that the academics are crammed into 7 weeks. English lit is too much to read and write for a full time working nurse, the biology I passed with barely. At this point I'm on the verge of quitting all together. I'm soon discouraged.. Being rushed, knowing I don't have time for the classwork is very discouraging.

Oh no, don't give up!!! :nono: Aren't you almost done?? Hang in there with 7 weeks classes it will be over soon!! Happy thoughts you're way

Thanks for the encouragement.

You should have received a degree plan with the semesters marked. I did when I was accepted there. Do you have other general courses to do? I would talk to your adviser and explore other options of taking the gen ed courses somewhere else (comm college, CLEP, online). They are very open about options other than taking them at ULL.

Don't give up, 7 weeks will be over soon and you can look into other ways to reach your goal.

Good luck!

How was the stats and Algebra online? Was it doable? Is it clear? I'm nervous taking math online. Thanks!! :)

They have me scheduled to take 327 with computer lit... is this doable? :) Thanks!

The computer lit course (UNIV 200) is about Microsoft Word, Power point, Access, & etc. Hopefully it isn't too hard. :wacky:

Has anyone taking Nurs 327 with 353 and 354? I am scheduled to start this week(well today I guess) and am thinking of adding Nurs 327 in as well. I have done all of my pre-req's except Chem which I will take this summer. The only reason I am thinking of adding 327 is so that I can finish by December and hopefully start grad school in January. Otherwise I will have to wait for the Fall start for grad school.
