The notice of cancellation is located on the opposite side of the purchase agreement. Your probably were not informed of this policy because "they" don't want you to know about the cancellation clause.

I purchased my study guides from ebay after successfully ended my contract with the College Network. Good luck.

I would just make sure you do your research and make sure it is something you really want to do first. I had some friends that I graduated nursing school with who who signed up right after we graduated as lpns. Then they started working and realized they needed some time off from studying. The college network gave them a huge problem about canceling.. and as far as I know they have still not been able to cancel. So just make sure its what you want to do!

If I remember right it is located at the bottom of the last page, possibly on the back..They wont tell you that because they want your money.....

Most states have a state law that you have a three day "grace period" to cancel a contract before it's final. The same law applies to buying cars, houses, etc. -- any contractual agreement that involves a lot of money. The company doesn't want you to know about it, they wouldn't tell you about it at all if they weren't required to, and they certainly wouldn't offer you any way out once you signed the paperwork if they weren't required to.

I would encourage you to review the older threads here about folks' experiences with College Network before you sign anything.
