So, I am a lurker and a researcher. I graduate in Dec from LPN school and have known all along that I am going to roll right into Excelsior for my associate rn. Well, our nursing director had someone come to talk to us about distance learning and Excelsior. Thanks to all the threads I have read on here doing research his "College Network" on his shirt gave it all away. He kept saying at our program at Excelsior, ect... It was funny listening to him back pedal, talk fast, bs and just try to sell it. Nope, he will not be getting my money or a signed contract out of me! Thanks to all those that warn of this route.

P.S. Did you know that California is about to reverse their no Excelsior according to Mister College Network?

I did not know California was going to reverse their former stance on Excelsior. I've been just skirting the edges of the distance learning thing ---- the few I've taken were dry and mind-numbingly dull, but that could just be this particular provider -- I hope so!
