I am an LPN can I start EC with the BSN program or do I have to go with the Associate degree? Also it seems kind of costly is it for the ones who have done it? And What is CPNE?

They used to have a 'straight BSN' but there is just the RN-to-BSN now. The CPNE is the Clinical Performance in Nursing Examination, the clinical exam you take at the end of the ASN program. It is costly to become an RN (really by any route) but so many hospitals offer tuition reimbursement these days, which helps a lot.
