Online Nursing Trends and Issues course?

I'm looking for an online Nursing Trends and Issues course, for 3 credits, hopefully this summer. I saw the one at Canyon College, and actually got approval from my nursing dept. to take it there, but after more research, I realize they are not accredited and don't want to waste my time or money, even though it looks like a legit course.

I don't want to have to enroll at a college to take it, but just want to get it done and over with this summer so I don't have to take 13 credits next spring. I'm still fuming that my college didn't let me into the online one they offer. I have a 2 1/2 commute every day, and can't do the evening one they offer. Yet they let students living ON CAMPUS take the online one. It has me fuming.

If there are any with a rolling start date, that would be even better, but at this point, I'm desperate!
