Yeah it is expensive, but I don't have to leave the compfort of my home or find babysitters, ask time off of work etc. So the convenience factor played into the decision for me. I will let you know how it all turns out in the end though!

Yes, please keep us posted. I absolutely love online/distance learning for those very reasons. I am just in sticker shock :chuckle OH well, I'll get over it. My darn tuition at nursing school is sky high too. :uhoh21:

    Thanks for the info Foto!

Thanks Lt, I'll probably be registering this week for a Micro somewhere. CCConline is still an option for me. I'll let you know.

Where did you all find the book information? I went to the bookstore and I did not see an isbn. The one that I have is 0072951702 and it has ch 1-17, I think. Also, are the cd's required? I have found that mostly the cd's that come with the book are for your own personal use, i.e. not required for the course.

When you sign up for the class they email you the isbn # of the books you need. My book has more than chapters 1-17. hth's

I did sign up but I have not paid for the course yet. Maybe that is why I did not get an email with the necessary information regarding course materials.

    Thanks
