- Oct 4, '12 by HippyDippyLPNThere are a couple like college network and excelsior (sp??) but I havent heard the best things about the online LPN to RN. Make sure you research if you are considering this, I know a lot of nurses who have gotten upside down with payments but no degree with this.
- Oct 4, '12 by TheCommuterCollege Network is a publishing company, not an actual school or distance-based nursing program. Buyer beware.
Excelsior College offers a distance based LPN-to-ASN program that leads to RN licensure. Indiana State University offers an online LPN-to-BSN program that leads to RN licensure.
