I have been using MyStudyGroup101 Materials and think I am finding inaccurate info on the practice test which is confusing me. Anyone else have that problem? I am not using EC books so I can't look up a lot of things to verify.

For example the question is asked on several practice test of what is the best source of patient info/history/data and each one has a different answer . . . could also be typo's in the answer key. Thanks for your input.

If you can't find an answer in a resource that you are confident with, I would email a question to EC and go with what they tell you.

This is exactly why I bought some of the recommended text. I used studygroup notes for added resource but I never totally relyed on them. I bought the EC recommended Fundamentals, maternity, peds and medsurg books and did fine. I also bought some of the college network books off Ebay.

Exactly!

I always read the required text material, and used either L.A. or SG101 as supplemental study. The nice thing about those are that they follow the EC study guide outline.

But the text is definitely the end all go to for anything related to each exam.

pebbles, I have used studygroup101 when reviewing. Most of all I find using EC content guide and the required texts is the best source of info. If you also use the forums on EC's website sometimes there are other students with the same questions and the instructor gives a good explanation. Best of luck with your studying. :) Donna
