I stayed at Studio Six. It has a kitchen with everything you would need to make a meal (pretty much). Very affordable; close to the workshop. Let me know if you want to know anything else.
    Have fun!!

I stayed at Studio 6. It was clean and had a little kitchenette and everything you would need. The only thing I didn't like is that there were only a few crummy tv channels.
Weekly rates are cheaper, so even though I didn't use that last night it was cheaper to sign up for it.

I actually booked a hotel through priceline.com when I went in late May. I ended up at a Holiday Inn about 6 minutes away from the Chancellor's building, right next to the hotels they have a deal with. I got the room for only $39 a night through priceline and the hotel was rated 3 stars and was gorgeous.

I never tried Priceline before. I couldn't get anything for $39 or even $45, but I did get a room at AmeriSuites for $49. Woo hoo! All paid for and done. I'll have to run a mapquest thing to see how far it is, but it's in the same area.

I'm not much on microwave meals, I'm sure I'll split my time between eating out and eating P&J, you can make them anywhere. The important thing is the fitness room. I'm using that week for total self-improvement from the workshop to the treadmill!
