Ha ha ... seems like just yesterday I told you to pull on your Depends and go for it! LOL!! So when it's my turn and I'm whining and stressing out, please tell me to put on my big girl panties and get it in gear.
Depends and an emisis basin is all that is needed for the CPNE (a few small doses of ativan on top LOL)

Congrats! I have finished and am about to test for NC1 and Micro. I hope to knock out NC2-7 ASAP and take A&P while waiting for the CPNE. Any words of advice?
Invest in the EC practice exams -- every one is well worth the $60. Also, always check your learning against the EC exam content guide. :) Good luck!!

they sent you the paper work after you completed the last nc right. how long do you think it will take for them to send you a date. i'm like you, i don't want a cancellation date either. i will take my last test in jan and want to test in july or august sometime. i am looking for online bsn programs already so id like to be done before the fall semester starts.
They updated my status/evaluation summary online, and mailed me the study guide. Although the days of the ginormous "carjack" binder are gone ... they only send a CD and you have to print the guide yourself. Sucks, considering the price of the CPNE went up! I paid $60 at Staples for a binder, and for them to print my 502 pages, double-sided, three-hole punched. Ah well.

That's a heck of a lot of material!
No date yet?
Nope ... the email I got said it would be a minimum of 12 weeks before I received a test date. So I'm thinking I'll get my date in February, and it'll be sometime in May/June-ish. We'll see! I have plenty to do in the meantime! *eyeballing the study guide*
please tell me your joking....

why so long? did you have to fingerprint and do a background check and all that prior to submitting your application?

I did the background check already and submitted it with the application. It just takes that long to process the applications, I guess. I think they have a serious backlog. I wish I were kidding, really!
