    This is why I don't agree with the use of pharmacy techs...at all. A one-year community college program is nowhere near the education you need in order to do the job and understand the seriousness of the job.
    The information that I got last week was that a pharmacy technician rinsed and reused the mixing container with tap water. The drugs were mixed with sterile water, but the container was used over and over again, day after day, without being autoclaved.
