Oh heavens. I think we should merge this thread with the anti-vaccine thread that accused vac's of containing aborted fetal tissues and see what wonderful new conspiracy emerges!

Vaccine pushers aren’t followers of real science

Now, given that vitamin D3 shows such a powerful effect in preventing influenza — with 800% increased efficacy over vaccines — shouldn’t CDC officials, doctors and health authorities be rushing to recommend vitamin D before flu season arrives?

Hi Scott! Well love read this!

Who said the recession is all bad? On the bright side, it's forcing some towns to stop adding fluoride to their water supplies. A small town in Alabama has decided to stop fluoridating their water(NYC spends $25millon dollars a year to...

I can copy and paste the ******** I find on the internet too. However, I prefer to get my information from WELL RESPECTED PEER REVIEWED JOURNALS. You know, like the Journal of the American Medical Association, the Journal of the American Dental Association ect.

If you want to argue that due to the number of other sources of fluoride available (mainly various dental care products) these days water fluoridation is unnecessary, fine, I'll buy that argument. To come out and say it is outright dangerous is ********. Unless you are eating 3 or 4 tubes of toothpaste a day or sprinkling your breakfast cereal in the morning with some commercial fertilizer you aren't going to fall over dead from fluoride poisoning.

    Yikes, I ate carrots yesterday!!!!!

But really it is sad. Thousands of people, mainly children, are dying every day in impoverished countries because they have no access to clean, dare I say "chemically treated" water. I'm sure they would willingly trade their "natural" water that has no trace of flouride for all the flouridated water we want to send them!!!!!!! (BTW flourine is a natural element, it may be in their water already.)

We should be on our knees each day thanking the scientists, engineers, doctors, etc., who tested, designed, and built our safe clean water delivery system. Oh I forgot they are the evil scientists who are trying to kill us.

The anti-fluoride contingent is misinformed. When I was a child it was believed to be a communist plot by the John Birch Society and other whacko right-wing groups. It spawned such characters as General Jack D. Ripper in Dr. Strangelove.
