  1. 0 from usa today:

"the supreme court upheld president obama's health care law today in a splintered, complex opinion that gives obama a major election-year victory.obama will address the decision at 12:15 p.m.
the decision can be found on the supreme court website.

my question is, for someone that tries to understand law outside of the purview of political opinion: how will this affect the future of nursing? more jobs? enhanced working conditions? discuss please!
