basically, a bare majority of the justices said that the individual mandate -- the requirement that most americans buy health insurance or pay a fine -- is constitutional as a tax.

my question is, for someone that tries to understand law outside of the purview of political opinion: how will this affect the future of nursing? more jobs? enhanced working conditions?
