Re: Nursing school a scam in Detroit, MI
I read this article and the responses posted at the conclusion of the article.....are your freaking kidding me!!! A few responses to the article are unbelievalbe and concludes many people will believe and accept anything as long as it puts them ahead of the game. Short cuts without understanding the final consequences when making an unwise decision = destruction, loss of valuable time, money, emotional stress, starting all over, etc.
I hope and pray not another individual enrolls in that program without learning about its State Approval status. Accreditation is an important voluntary decision from the learning institution to seek (not to offend anyone or discredit accrediting organizations) however State and Board approval is extremely important. Imagine losing 6K of your hard earned money on a scam. When we learn to thoroughly research on our own, we will then learn to make wise decisions. We all make mistakes however we always get a 2nd, 3rd, 4th.... 15th millionth, etc. chance to make things better. Best wishes to you all in your future endeavors.
