    Nurses for Newborns, a St. Louis-based nonprofit organization that provides home care to low-income, at-risk mothers and newborns, has aided thousands of Tennessee mothers. The effort has caught the attention of U.S. Rep. Jim Cooper of Nashville, who has secured $250,000 in federal funding for the program.
