Man arrested for groping delivery nurse during birth of his child.

While his girlfriend was in the process of delivery, Manning, 30, could not get his eyes off the delivery nurse who he complimented on being hot. The nurse ignored him until he commented that her neck looked sore and proceeded to try to give her a neck massage while she attended the expectant mother. When she moved away to the other side of the wheelchair, he proceeded to reach out and grab her breast. The nurse pushed him away and informed police who arrested him on suspicion of felony forcible sexual abuse.

So glad she pressed charges. So glad to know that management didn't call her into their office and demand to know why nurse was making "trouble". I have known them to do this.

Oh!!!!!!!!!!! Words can not adequately how disgusting that guy is. He is SUPPOSEDLY there for the burth of his child, and he's copping a feel???????

And like the previous poster said, I have also seen something like this (not as bad as in this case) and the powers that be wanted to just sweep it under the rug and hope the emplotee would drop it.

And she's stuck with Mr. Nasty here give or take 16 or 18 years, and have to deal with him even if they don't stay together if Dad wants to stay in his life - I could NOT imagine that.

Anne, RNC

I hope the Mr. Nasty comment wasn't insensitive, but it does kind of fit him.

Echoing the words of others, So glad the nurse went to authorities and pressed charges. That seems to be a rare occurance in our profession.

Glad she pressed charges too. How disgusting. No excuses of being "stressed out" or "not in his right mind" there.

Don't you just feel sorry for his girlfriend, while she is laying there in labor, he does not have the common courtesy to at least take his groping somewhere else. This guy is a real pervert and I am sure this is not all that he is up to. Hard dog to keep under the porch. If I was his girlfriend I would be kicking his butt to the curb ASAP. And the courts need to put this guy away for a while. I could almost guarantee you that this guy is up to something besides groping. And the nurse involved needs to watch her back. He may be waiting for her after she gets off work and do something to her. Someone needs to be escorting her to and from her car once the makes bail or once the courts release him. This is not a good situation and it would not surprise me at all if he did not come back and try to do harm to her.

I wonder if this nurse would have gotten in trouble for smacking this jerk. It just seems an instinctive reaction to stop someone from groping you.
