Making matters worse not only would this creature now have something on the table to cause the nurse to drop her charges, he could also very well persue legal action against her and the hospital.

so true...media woulld just scoop this right up. And if the hsp was more concerned with it's public image, somehow the whole mess would have gotten turned around...and she might just have lost her job.

Kinda makes you wonder...........was the pregnancy a result of the same behavior?

It is pretty scary becoming a parent and some guys freak. It happens. God, how I know it happens. Not that that excuses his behavior but just by way of trying to understand why he did it.

I doubt that is why he did it. All expectant fathers are nervous and many do freak out to some degree-what they don't do, however, is call someone else hot and grab their tits while their girlfriend is about to pop. That isn't freaking out, that is just being an *** .

Maybe showing my age here, but perhaps it is time to bring back "Fathers Waiting Rooms", and reduce some of the excess persons in L&D. It is just getting too crowded with all and sundry and enough photographic equipment for shooting a film! *LOL*

Let fathers-to-be go off to Admitting, then cool their jets in the waiting room! *LOL*

Honey not just your job, but license as well could be on the line.

Depending upon how one's state BON views the situation, "striking" a pt's husband or bf may be grounds for some sort of disciplinary action.

If you think that the breed of nurse, no scratch that; women or men who see attempted forced touching as "no big deal" went out with caps and starched whites, think on.

One could easily be accused of "over reacting" and by hitting the man taking things to an un-needed level.

Geez you see a story like this and every nurse has at least one or two stories like it! I think that this is an unspoken crime in our society! It's about time that someone did something about it. I feel so bad for this nurse, and the wife! These type of people need to be taught a very expensive and life long lesson. We are not here as prostitues we are here to take care of people, and save lives!

I pray that this man doesn't just get a slap on the wrist. I have been in this hospital and kI can only imagine how hard it must have been for this nurse to press charges!

It's time to stand up and put an end to this kind of crap!

I think Mr Nasty is the perfect name for him. I can also think of a few more but I know I would get in trouble by the moderators. This story really enraged me. What a jerk. I cant help but think of the poor woman and what low self esteem she must have to put up with a pathetic puke like that.

Classic! Maybe he has a brain lesion...nah, he's probably just a sociopath. That nurse showed a great deal of patience...his mug shot would have looked very different had it been my breasts he had groped

I can understand saying something stupid like "You're hot" or gawking at the nurse. God knows there are some socially awkward dumba$$ es in this world but the boob grab just puts this guy right into the letcherous low life pig category. I know you are just trying to play devils advocate but cumon, grabbing a boob? And the backrub? He is lucky I was not the GF in labor because I would have lunged straight for his throat and strangled him to death in my labor induced state of mind.
