    I don't think Joint Commission requires that you have prevention and wellness promtion services, just if you DO provide the service that you meet the Standard and Elements of Performance.

    The attachment has the following before the two Standards and each Element of Performance:

    "For organizations that provide prevention and wellness promotion services:"

    Therefore if you do not provide prevention and wellness promtion services, it would be NA for your organization.
