    The Hong Kong government said Tuesday it could face up to $69.5 million in worker's compensation payments for doctors and nurses infected by SARS during the territory's outbreak.

    The Labor Department said it had received 270 claims as of early this month. Three came from families who suffered a fatality and now are entitled to up to $225,600 each.
