- by DoGoodThenGo Oct 27, '11The National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN(R)) www.ncsbn.org announces the California Board of Registered Nursing, the Guam Board of Nurse Examiners, the Michigan/DCH/Bureau of Health Professions and the West Virginia Board of Examiners for Registered Professional Nurses (WVRN) have joined www.nursys.com , bringing the total number of full participating boards of nursing to 48.

States like California and Louisiana will never join the compact; too much of a "holier than thou" attitude, and too much money to be made from endorsements.
