Wow that is crazy...get it CRAZY..jk but it is hard to believe that the whole unit was involved. Interesting to think that it might be a publicity stunt. Very interesting article thanks for sharing!

This hospital was just merged and there has been a lot of commercials involving this new company. They have also been written about several times about potential other mergers that haven't happened and on the background of the new CEO .... seems to me this is a bit of a PR stunt at the cost of the nurses and mental health workers who were not involved in any wrong doing.

    Just wanted to share this.
I would think that any publicity would be NEGATIVE that involved EITHER company.

I just graduated from a BSCN in canada and spent my consolidation in a psych hospital. To be honest, the whole reason I went to nursing school was to become a psych nurse. Thats awful what happened to say the least. I can't believe that nurses can be let go like that, but I guess with any kind of negligence, the risk for termination is a reality.

Guilty by association. I hope they have enough evidence to show that those people either contributed to or knew about the abuse. Otherwise it is disgusting to fire the innocent. I hope they lose their license.
