"in custody" whether you are guilty or innocent should allow you to have the same benefits. However, those not convicted should have more.
there needs to be a minimum standard of care established.
actually, i'm pretty sure there already is...
it's just that for reasons unknown, this prisoner has had dr's appts cancelled.
but he is suing, and rightfully so, since it seems the minimum has not been met.

We have Kaiser insurance. I am on file as having access toh is records. What steps should I take to help him get the transplant. I am so worried and they say he needs hte transplant in three months.
