Conciliation report displeases nurses - Canada

FREDERICTON — New Brunswick nurses union officials are disappointed with a conciliation report on their contract dispute with the province.



The conciliator recommends the nurses receive a 19 per cent pay increase over four years. That is only 1 per cent higher than what the government is offering.



The nurses want a 24 per cent increase over two-and-a-half years.
