Coffee May Pack Dietary Fiber!

    Wow... it has more fiber than wine! Who knew?!
    When recommending coffee as a source of fiber, make sure to let your clients know that they'll need to drink 17 cups of instant to get their daily requirement....and then run!

    Well, as for me I plan to get half of my daily fiber intake from coffee:smilecoffeecup: , and the other half from chocolate.... WHHAATT?!!!? Chocolate has no fiber ?! :imbar ?

    Milk is good for you too. So that means my mocha latte is really, really good for me.
