some great case studies for nurse managers

I recently came across a publication by 21 nurse leader authors called 'Stringing Pearls'. It has excellent case studies of innovative ideas for nurse managers and leaders, has anyone seen it? Each author provides a chapter and hence there are different writing styles. The publisher has it @ http://www.pesihealthcare.com/bookst...tsearch=Search and I bet it can be purchased other places as well.
