reimbursement and discharge issues for joint replacements

Would love input from other orthopedic units on how they are accomodating the changes in reimbursement imposed by Balance Budget Act.(especially looking at DRG 209). We are a 20 be unit associated with a teaching hospital. Have a subacute unit- not sure this will impact...Thanks
