Oncology Nurse Manager Help

I am not sure where I fit here. I am the Head Nurse at an Oncology/Hematology practice. I not only administer chemotherapy but I write p&p, interview, evaluate, research ... anything oncology. Are there any other nurse managers in the outpatient setting of oncology with 'helps' they can share?
