NEED to interview a Nurse Leader/Manager on Performance Appraisals

I am currently enrolled in a RN-BSN program, and I'm required to do a clinical project which involves interviewing a leader/manager regarding a performance appraisal system. If there is anyone willing to be available for interviewing/mentoring (via email), it would be greatly appreciated! You must have at least a BSN and be responsible for conducting performance appraisals. Thanks in advance!
