MSN completion for NPs

Hello colleagues,

I am currently doing an MS health care administration, but thinking about switching to an online MSN completion for NPs via Phoenix U. I am trying to determine what might be more secure with down the road considering my BS is in health care management.

Also, an MSN w/o a BSN, does that fly if seeking nursing management positions, especially where BSNs are often required.
