Interviewing

When I interview I look for confidence. I also like to see that they can look me in the eyes when we talk. I do not find it necessary to know their life story. If you get asked a question like tell me a little about yourself, try to stick to your professional self rather than a lot of personal information.

Be clean. Provide good (working) phone numbers. Amazing how many times I have been given old numbers. And please be willing to work goofy hours, if only now and then. If another new grad tells me they cannot work nights or weekends because they have a family (I guess the rest of us are all orphans) I will scream.
