HR issues

What can a previous hospital employer disclose to another employer's pre-employment inquiry? Are they just limited to dates, salary, job title, and eligibility re-hire or can/do they disclose the reason for seperation?

Default Re: HR issues
You should not disclose anything that is unproven and/or subjective about the employee. Your HR should have a policy or standard for what they will disclose. In general, what you listed is best because of threat of lawsuit.
