    Do you think it is a waste of time for a nurse to post a resume on careerbuilder.com?
    Or do nurses who hire other nurses ever actually look at resumes on careerbuilder.com for new hires?

    I was in recently in the job market, and had profiles & resumes on Monster, Linked-In, and several others.

    For the experienced clinician with good marketable skills, it really does make a difference and generated a lot of leads & interviews for me.

    We use Career Builder all of the time! Not just for Nurses either, weve found MDs, NP/PA, Tech's, CNA's..
