by okie4ever Feb 25, '10We are a small ER who will be going to Eforms as soon as they are ready. As a manager, I would like to know how to know if staff is using them correctly-filling out all necessary areas, documenting meds, reassessments etc, etc.
while we are still on paper i audit every chart every day. Also, how do they go back and add documentation?
