Soi am thinking about getting a masters in management/leadership and i was wondering if it matters where my degree is from. Is it harder to get a job with an online degree ( thinking of UT Arlington) than with a degree from a traditional university. If online is ok, does it matter from where? ( Yale vs. UT Arlington for example)

I believe UT Arlington has a great program. I did my MSN thru UT-Tyler and was very glad it was offered online. This method is not a piece of cake so don't think that. You will have deadlines and group work and all sorts of stuff but you will able to do most of your work on your schedule. Great for people who work. Just make sure your computer is up to snuff, you have rapid access to Internet and download APA format then go for it!

Did you do the MSN/MBA by chance? I'm trying to find someone who is in or has completed that program and get their feedback.
