I am a nurse manager working within a union. We are looking for information about benifits that others receive and there rate of pay, is it salary or is it hourly. Is there OT or Compensary time available. Right now the 3rd shift RN's with there differencial make as much as we do. I would appreciate any information that can be given to me. Thanks
