Worried about Licence Renewal

I'm currently licenced as a RN was arrested for aggravated battery for domestic violence 5 months ago,not convicted and my case was dissmissed.I have no criminal history in the past.I was a domestic violence victim for 10 yrs and one day I just snapped for which I regret terribly.

I'm in the process of expunging the records.

Its time for my licence renewal.Can anyone tell me if I've to report it to the BON,Florida?.I have a family to support and I'm very much worried of losing my licence.Pls help.

You will need to check with your BON regarding reportable offenses. This is something we cannot address. And, if this offense is reportable, it is in your best interest to declare. BON will address all on a case-by-case basis. No two are alike.
