    If you allegedly commit a misdemeanor years before becoming a nurse and are never charged with it at the time, does the statute of limitations apply on whether or not the BON can hold it against you after the statute expires?

    we are not allowed to give legal advice....that said, i havent figured out how the BON would know about it if you werent charged??
