by chica_banana May 17, '12I was given the ATT a month ago I have recently taken the NCLEX about a week ago and unfortunately, I was unsuccessful.
My concern is, I need to apply to take the NCLEX again, should I disclose to the California board of nursing a disorderly conduct violation? I got the violation 1 year and 6 months ago so Im thinking I do not have to disclose it since they allowed me to sit for the NCLEX and gave me an ATT on March 2012. This violation, by the way, does not show on my rap sheet. But Im confused. The application is asking to list convictions on any offense.. in NY state, a disorderly conduct is a violation, nothing more than a parking ticket.. my husband is telling me to not disclose anything thats not being asked. i don't know what to do. any thoughts?
thank you so much
