:cry:I am in Tx and I know that after acceptance into com coll NS we will have a backgrnd check performed. I am afraid because I had a bad check maybe 8 yrs. ago, I had warrants because I am a single mother and could not afford to pay my traffic tickets(no insurance, etc.) I even was arrested due to not paying tickets. The tickets were misdemeanor traffic tickets, but they piled up and I had to provide food for me and my child before paying tickets. I am on a payment plan and have been for 3 years for the tickets. None of them felonies or criminal, but misdemeanor traffic. But afraid due to fact that I spent two times, one day each, in jail for not being able to pay on time. How do I find out exactly what will show up. I know everything will, but how can I get like an itemized list of it so I can ensure to address each incident with Declaratory Order. I want a list of everything so that I can take care of it now before NS. I know this all sounds terrible, but I honestly was financially ruined and could not pay the tickets. I am a great person, intelligent and I will be an awesome nurse, but now I am so worried about this obstacle PLEASE HELP:saint::imdbb:

I had tickets too, I was on a payment plan too, even though you were in jail you only still have a misdemeanor, but you generally can go to the state police and have your criminal record printed up. If there are still warrants get those cleared up before starting the program because when you get finger printed for your program the warrants will come uo, so take care of them before hand. But you should be o.k jusy check yourself and tell the truth on tour application.
