    Can the deny me from taking my nclex with mis. bogus ck charges? It has been in the investigative dept for almost 2 months. All paper they required has been sent in and it was declared on int paperwork

    I don't know if you have gotten your license yet but you should be okay if it's on your initial paperwork when you have a background it takes a little longer in certain states hope everything works out for you
