by tsawyer Sep 17, '12I will be enrolling in an LVN program in January. I have a petition for a declatory order I need to send to the TX BON. I received a DWI 3 years ago when I was a minor, and I have one pending now
so stupid. I'm currently going to AA meetings and looking forward to being sober for the rest of my life. However, I am worried that the BON will deny me eligibilty to take the NCLEX and get my license. Has anyone or anyone you know been allowed licensure with 2 DWI's?
