Im currently a LPN in Wisconsin, My license is limited due to pre employment drug screen was positive for THC. this was in 2010 now i want my full licensure back need help in finding the steps to take. This is also affecting my search for unemployment.

Your pre employment drug screen was positive for THC. So you took a drug test you knew you were "dirty" or thought you were going to test clean but knew there was a chance you'd fail. Bigger question why'd you take the test in the first place?

Have you checked with the board of nursing? They should have stated steps that you would need to take to petition for full licensure. Best wishes.
