    Hello,, i graduated in dec 2011. got my att to test and was set to test in feb 2012. i got arrested 3 days prior to test for texting harrassment and then of course failed nclex because of the stress. I plead to a misdemeanor b which once i pay my fines the conviction is wiped off record and my court supervision is done in march 2013. I took nclex again and gave them all info reguarding wht happened and they gave me my att and then i passed my exam. now its been sent to chicago for another evaluation. my question is will they deny me because im still under court supervision and paying the fine? any info would help. im stuck not being able to work as a cna at job because they got my pass letter...dk wht to do

    To be honest, only the IL BON can really answer that question, since they consider criminal records on a case-by-case basis. All you can do is wait and see. Hopefully someone who has had a similar experience will be able to chime in with what happened to them.
