  1. I was a CNA/CMT and just found out that I have a Federal indicator on my CNA certification, will that stop me from becoming a liscensed nurse. Can that get removed?

Depending on the federal indicator...you will probably need legal representation.

  5. What is a federal indicator?
  6. If you can get it discharged off of your record then great, but your first course of action is complete disclosure to the nursing school to which you are applying and to the State Board of Nursing when they conduct your background check. Don't try to lie or omit, you will be caught and then you'll have no chance of entry whatsoever. You may have some trouble getting into nursing school but you definitely will not be able to be licensed with any kind of felony on your record. I don't know what else I could tell you without knowing what your "federal indicator" is for.
