well according to the cps worker i will never be able to work as a nurse. would have been nice if they would have told me that 4 years ago

What?! Why?

Didn't your school do a background check along with a seperate one checking for child abuse/neglect?

My school did one in the beginning, and then again during the 2nd year b/c of peds rotation it was required by the hosptial and children's home we were doing rotations at.

It doesn't make sense that you were clear during nursing school and now all of a sudden it's appearing on your record. You should do more digging and get to the bottom of this.

My heart goes out to you...this doesn't seem right at all.
